I realized that doing that will not be an easy task, especially when I was aware that I would get dangerously tired after 5 minutes of movement.

I am also strongly against steroids and substances like that, which are supposed to help us get muscles. People today try to gain a great body structure by exercising wrongly and easting up all types of steroids, without considering the effects. Just because some understand the entire concept wrong, this does not mean you should stop jogging or eating fat-free diets, it just means you should make sure you are in a optimal condition for starting a training session.

For those persons that are very fat indeed, then some weight must be dropped before even considering a six pack abdomen.
