It’s a good way to change metabolism and to allow the body substitute the bad fats with good fats. Unlike the popular believe, I am not starving at all, and if anything I’ve stopped feeling that hungry, because I’m not really dieting, just eating naturally. And besides that, the non-fire cooking is easy and you don’t have to be a master in the kitchen to pull it through.</p>
<p>All diets I’ve even considered worthy of trying had to be what I call balanced and nutritive. I always eat 3 meals a day at about 5 hours each and have 2 snacks between the meals, usually a fruit. Basically, my daily plan looks like this:</p>
<ul>
<li> In the morning I eat either a fruit based shake or a fruit salad with cereals.</li>
<li> At lunch I eat fish or chicken with a salad or boiled vegetables, or a soup and chicken barbecue.</li>
<li> Dinner is made of fish and rice, or cow cheese, boiled vegetable and yogurt and so on.</li>
<li> I always drink 2 liters of water and tea a day and I eat many fruits between meals.</li>
</ul>
<p>It has become obvious to be that if I were to lose weight without endangering my health and if I wanted to keep the good results for a long time I had to choose the easy and healthy way. You have to allow your body a while to adapt to any new life style. I’ve started my change by cleaning the fridge: I’ve practically thrown away all aliments that were full of fats, sugar and many alimentary preservatives, the well known E substances.</p>
<p>To help me have a various diet and to find out a couple of thing about non-prepared food and its related possibilities, I’ve found and tried lots of free weight loss recipes that are simply delicious and can be done in a matter of minutes. Each of them constitutes a very consistent meal course, so I never felt hungry after eating them. Here are a few of the free weight loss recipes I’ve used:</p>
<p><strong>Aperitif cake</strong> <strong>with fibber and cow’s cheese</strong><br />
Ingredients: 7 fibbers, 300 grams of cheese, 200 grams of butter, 2 onions, aromatic plants, pepper, tomatoes juice, crushed garlic, parsley.</p>
<p>I placed this one the first in the free weight loss recipes because I personally liked it the most. You have to mix the fibber with one onion, garlic, the tomato juice and parsley and then mix it some more with 100n grams of butter. You get a composition which you will divide in two equal parts. Place half of it on a plate, just like you would be making a cake. Over this layer place a cream made out of cheese mixed with cut onion and 100 grams of butter. Place on top of this the rest of the fibber pasta and decorate the cake with eatable flowers and weeds. Keep it in the fridge for 2 hours and serve it with lettuce.</p>
<p><strong>Pepper pasta</strong><br />
Ingredients: 5 peppers, 2 green onions or 1 leeks, 100 grams butter, some parsley, a few olives, aromatic plans and spices (curry, oregano, chilly, basil)</p>
<p>You   have to rub the butter well and then mix it in a blended with all the other cut ingredients. Place the cream in recipients and keep it in the fridge, you can serve it on brown bread slices.</p>
<p><strong>Stuffed kohlrabi</strong><br />
Ingredients: 5 kohlrabi, 4-5 radishes, 5 spoons of cow’s cheese, parsley, one onion.</p>
<p>Get rid of the hard parts of the kohlrabi. Cut them in half and hew out the middle. Grate the middle on the grater and mix it with all the other ingredients. Then fill the kohlrabi with this composition and decorate it with radish slices. This is one of the most nutritive free weight loss recipes I’ve found.</p>
<p><strong>Natural soup</strong>, <strong>very nutritive and tasty</strong><br />
Ingredients: a carrot, one celery, one small beet, 2-3 green onions, 1-2 green garlic with leaves, grated horseradish, parsley and other greens.</p>
<p>You need to grate all the vegetables on the small grater and then put into small pieces the greens and the onions. All the greens and vegetables are to be placed to macerate in a liter of fresh broth. The second day you have to add a litter of boiled and cooled water, tomato juice or whole tomatoes without the peel, salt, pepper. You can server it cold or can be heated up until it reached 40 degrees Celsius. This is one of the delicious free weight loss recipes and it offers our body vitamins and minerals that are easy to assimilate.</p>
<p><strong>Mushrooms and celery</strong><br />
Ingredients: 1 celery, 5-6 whole mushrooms, a few spinach leaves and 1 onion<br />
The sauce: 4 small spoons of virgin olive oil, 1 garlic, 2 yogurt spoons, salt, pepper, condiments</p>
<p>You will grate the celery and then mix it with onions that are also cut into small slices, with the spinach cut into long and thin slices, the onion cut well and the sauce. It can be fried in the sauce for 4-5 minutes, until the onions roast a bit.</p>
<p><strong>Chinese sauce</strong><br />
Ingredients: vegetal mayonnaise, 2-3 spoons of milk cream, 1/3 banana, 1 full spoon of coconut powder, 1 curry spoon.</p>
<p>You will mix all the ingredients in the mixer and get a healthy salad dressing.</p>
<p><strong>Green mayonnaise</strong></p>
<p>This can be made from regular mayonnaise or vegetal mayonnaise, or from one you make at home with olive oil. Add to it two spoons of cow cheese, some parsley, green onions and 1 spoon of lemon juice and well as salt.</p>
<p><strong>Avocado sauce</strong></p>
<p>You need one avocado cut into small pieces, 4 spoons of milk, 2 spoons of orange juice, 13-4 spoons of yogurt, and one lemon spoon. 1 mayonnaise spoon, curry, pepper, sea salt and aromatic plants. All ingredients will be mixed in a blender until you obtain a source that has the consistency of mayonnaise, this goes well with fish salads.</p>
<p><strong>Mixed melon salad</strong></p>
<p>You need one yellow melon a few plums, a few grapes and one pear. Then add 4 spoons of honey and 4-5 spoons of apple juice. All fruits will be cut in small pieces and mixed with the juice and the honey. This is not only a great children’s desert, but also a sweet between meals snack.</p>
<p><strong>Fruit cream</strong> (<strong>apricots</strong>, <strong>apples</strong> <strong>or</strong> <strong>peaches</strong>)</p>
<p>Ingredients: 250 grams of fruits, 7 spoons of dried grapes, 2-3 spoons of honey and 150 grams of cow’s cheese plus 100 grams of milk cream.</p>
<p>You will soften the dried grapes, then cut the fruits in slices and blend them together with a kitchen tool with the cow’s cheese. AT the end, add the cream and mix again. Place the whole thing in the fridge for two hours.  Add fruits on top, and you get one of the free weight loss recipes that go perfectly in the summer.</p>
<p><strong>Vanilla and cheese Ice-cream</strong><br />
Ingredients: 200 grams of cow’s cheese, 150 grams of whipped cream, 4 honey spoons, 1 small vanilla sugar envelope and 2 egg yellows.</p>
<p>The free weight loss recipes that are so tasty were always appreciated by my children as well. You have to mix everything here in a blender or by hand, and then add the whipped cream. Put everything in a recipient and refrigerate it for 2 hours, Perfect for the summer day, I’ve tried it many times.</p>

A few month ago I decided to try the weight loss excercises and then to focus on building the adbdomen I’ve always dreamt of. I realized that doing that will not be an easy task, especially when I was aware that I would get dangerously tired after 5 minutes of movement.</p>
<p>I am also strongly against steroids and substances like that, which are supposed to help us get muscles. People today try to gain a great body structure by exercising wrongly and easting up all types of steroids, without considering the effects. Just because some understand the entire concept wrong, this does not mean you should stop jogging or eating fat-free diets, it just means you should make sure you are in a optimal condition for starting a training session.</p>
<p>For those persons that are very fat indeed, then some weight must be dropped before even considering a six pack abdomen. Trying starving diets that have no beneficial effects will not have the expected result. Many people who try to get rid of the fat are considering fat and meat free meals, or even vegetarian diets. If you do this, you will be in fact affecting the quality and amount of muscles on your body. Healthy muscles using proteins and fat acids to sustain themselves. Whenever your diet is scarce in these, it will turn to muscles to make up the lack. In less words, it all means that when you eat low or no fat and meat, the muscular tissue situated beneath our skin level will start gradually decreasing in size, and we might not even notice it.</p>
<p>Because I am overweight, I;ve always had trouble with both weight loss excercise and now I was very scared of not becoming ill if I decide to go to a gym and start training for a nice abdomen. I continued to study my condtion, as I felt that it is not normal not to feel able to do basic excercises, especially when you are a man.</p>
<p>The process of starting a training for six pack abs at optimal weight is realitive. In some cases a few lines on the scale are enough. Other people can’t see the muscular effect of training because of the abdomen fat. This is part of the reason they will try to lose a bit extra weight before training. In fact, you don’t have a fat limit to pass to go to the gym. The only thing you have to do is find and maintain your ideal weight. People who still have many extra pounds will encounter great difficulties when making a sport. These persons will not only feel tried too soon, but will also have heart and lung problems during sessions. The fat that is situated onto internal organs and on blood vessels can be minimized with normal diets, that offer the daily amount of proteins and vitamins we need, and with short walks, that can be increased in distance daily.</p>
<p>I decided to start a training class as soon as possible and I starting going there for at least half hour every day, without fearing tiredness. After a few weeks, I was able to advance to harder fitness machines or to body building weights. The truth about weight loss expecises and abdoment building in people who have accumulated too much fat relies on slow movement and late results, that will be as good as expected. I havea learnt that trying to build a nice looking stomach without actually focusing on the weight loss idea constitutes indeed a good weight loss excercise. And because I was motivated by this, since all my friends constantly bragged about how nice their abs are and how much they work out, I was realy easy and fun to lose weight this way. I don’t have yet the irreprosable six pack abdomes, but at least I’m not ahamed anymore that instead of muscles I’m showing fat on my abs.</p>

<p>At some point, there comes a period in any woman’s life when the presence of a child is needed. This is a reason of joy, of course. Of happiness, even if you are not a perfectionist. In other words, it depends how quickly you deal with the fact that your physical image doesn’t correspond to standards anymore. At this point, perfectionism becomes harmful. In my case, it caused a serious depression. I was angry at myself, not at others, and I though the whole thing is my fault, because I had to be a perfectionist.</p>
<p>It took me a while to understand that being perfectionist doesn’t be you have to be perfect. It only means you will do your best to get things as close to perfection as humanly possible. And I looked at the surplus weight I’ve gained during my motherhood so far, and then decided to return to my perfectionism times and do everything humanly possible to get rid of those pounds.</p>
<p>I took baby steps in my diet, right about the time my daughter started taking her first baby steps…a quite happy coincidence. So, I didn’t try anything radical. Being a perfectionist, I’ve done my homework right before throwing myself into anything. SO, I found out that restrictive diets harm the metabolism, that avoiding proteins only loosens muscles and starving the body will cause it to retain extra fats when the diet is over. I’ve also learnt about the importance of exercises, but I was already jogging and walking a lot each day, so I was aware of that.</p>
<p>Instead of eating sweets I decided to eat fruits. That didn’t work that well, so I changed tactics. I allowed myself any sweet desert, but I though of how much of that I would regularly eat, then took only a third of it. I did the same with fat meat, and then replaced the remaining lacks in alimentation with raw fruits, vegetables, seeds and fish meat or cereal bowls. I wasn’t missing anything important, and I was allowing myself to consume stuff I loved and yearned for, but in smaller quantities. So once again, perfectionism helped me in my search for ways of regaining my initial weight. I am pleased to say that I’ve found them…but one of them is respecting the 8 hour sleeping program, so I’ll see you with another occasion!</p>

When I first read about this three hour diet, I remain shocked by the title at first, thinking it means the entire diet lasts three hours. I’m sure you are thinking the same thing at this very moment, and it’s quite understandable.</p>
<p>I’m tired of all non working diets I’ve gone through so far, so at first I wasn’t very enthusiastic about trying this one. Then, something about it changed the way I felt. I’ve read that the whole idea of this diet is to eat once every three hours, and that nutritionists believe that this way we can contribute to modifying our metabolism and the consummation of stocked fats.</p>
<p>The diet seems to be quite easy to follow. It involves meals and snacks every three hours to prevent the apparition of hunger and the loss of determination we initially feel. It makes sense to feel less affected by the diet itself since I wasn’t allowed to get hungry. I was worried about the fact that muscles could’ve been affected by the rapid effect it has on the fats retained by our body.</p>
<p>Also, the control imposed on the quantities eaten makes sure you will eat the normal number of calories each day, but the overall sensation will be that you have eaten more. You can’t eat anything every three hours, you must eat things that don’t go over 300 calories, and the fact that you feel like eating more thanks things a lot easier. It helped me a lot in following the diet each day and it improved my general mental state.</p>
<p>The three hour diet is very much like an alimentary program for small children and it relies on the fact that it provides just enough energy to burn the unwanted body fat. It also maintains a normal meals’ balance. After going through this, I have managed to put an accent on a few positive and negative aspects that were much emphasized in my case.</p>
<p><strong>Pluses</strong></p>
<p>1.The fact that there are NO restrictions is just like you aren’t even taking a diet. At no point did I feel hungry or bad in any way.</p>
<p>2.This diet can be taken by anyone. It doesn’t really matter if you have cardiovascular problems or diabetes. When it thought about it, I didn’t manage to make this diet stick to any category, because it is not specific at all.</p>
<p>3.You will eat normally. And no one is lying to you telling you that unrealistic goals can be reached.</p>
<p><strong>Minuses</strong></p>
<p>1. It is very easy to loose calories count. I know I did, on many occasions. If you eat more with just 10 calories at lunch, then add 14 at soup time and 4 during dinner…the result is obvious. I mean, it’s clear you will gain weight instead of losing weight.</p>
<p>2. Sometime it is impossible to eat every three hours. And some people can’t do it. Just image people working in banks or department stores taking 10 minutes brakes to eat every three hours. Can you imagine the lengths of lines filled with people waiting for workers to come back?</p>

And even if most of them seemed like good things at the time, they have all put their amprents on my body. I am now…not just fat, but very fat , with a belly that makes me feel quite ashamed of myself. I tried to keep various types of healthy diets and even stayed hungry for days, just to manage to lose a couple of those pounds that are expecially visible now that the summer is almost here and the war weather is making me sweat and get tired very easily, all because of the extra pounds.</p>
<p>Unfortunatelly, nothing really worked and I am still feeling heavy and unhealthy. I have read the thoughts of many people that say they are happy being fat, that they can live with it and are not affected in any way by it. But I find that very hard to belive, as there are many things the extra pounds interfere with. And I’m not only talking about being ashamed of my figure or not fitting into last year’s wardrope, I’m talking about obvious health problems and the fact that fat people usually don’t feel healthy, just like me. There are times when I am overweight but I must be somewhere within some limits, because I don’t feel the burden of all the unwanted pounds, but other times is just need to start another healthy diet because I am feeling ill again.</p>
<p>But, this time I think that other activities were the ones that made me gain all this weight. Things that I never given the proper importance at the time and that have almost nothing to do with eating. At least not directly, because they’ve managed somehow to interfere with the pound gaining process. After spending a few days reflecting on this, I have managed to list the most important stuff I belive to affect my weight:</p>
<ul>
<li>I have work in a way that doesn’t require me to move much</li>
<li>I don’t have to leave my office at all</li>
<li>I am usually stressed because I;m always in debts</li>
<li>I had to work hard on choosing a good buisness prototype that works</li>
<li>I faild again to create a lot of profit because I focused on helping others</li>
<li>I usaully give money to family, and this means more money problems</li>
<li>I do not talk to others about my problems</li>
<li>I always eat more than one portion, which means I have huge meals</li>
<li>I do a lot of extra office tasks, and it’s killing my time</li>
<li>I usually feel the need to eat something sweet and istead of eating fuits I eat chocolate and such</li>
<li>I’m in my 30’s so if I eat like in the 20’s I’m sure gonna get fatter, as the methbolism is slower now</li>
<li>I am not an angry person, so I don’t feel the need of working out intenslely just to let out all the hate</li>
<li>I’m pesimist and tend to have lots of self distructing habits, like eating a lot and often</li>
</ul>
<p>So, I’m tring to blame my 210 pounds on all these factors. I am planning a trip to the seaside in the late summer, July or August, and I decided to set a realistic weight loss goal, that I intend to achive only by healthy eating and daily excercises. So, till August, 40 pounds. That’s more than easily achivable with any diet, but I’ve decide to try a non-invasive one, that won’t mess up my methbolism more that it’s aleady messed up: I’ll be eating non-processed food in any quantities, and only eat something cooked, like a soup or something at lunch. I’ve heard only best recommendation about this alimentary program, so I’ll be giving it a try.</p>

<p>I now agree that the grapefruit diet can improve my gym performance. It’s probably because it frees the body of toxins, and also eliminates the fats we can’t even see.</p>
